90-Day Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
In the same condition that you received it
Unused or unworn
With the original tags attached and in its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, and if you find that the product is damaged, incorrect, or has any issues, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Products
We do not accept returns for the following types of products:
Perishable products (such as food, flowers, plants)
Custom or made-to-order products
Personal care items (such as cosmetics)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To receive a replacement product, it is preferred that you return the current product first, and then place a new order for the desired product after the return is accepted.
European Union, USA, Australia, and Canada β 90-Day Withdrawal Period
If your order was shipped to an EU country, the United States, Australia, or Canada, you are entitled to cancel or return the order within 90 days of receiving it, for any reason, and without the need to provide justification.
The product must be in the same condition mentioned above:
Unused or unworn
With original tags and packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 4 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the transaction.
